High-Precision Laser Cutting
Our automated 4000-watt fiber laser systems produce precise knife blanks with tolerances of ±0.002 in. We can efficiently process mild steel up to 0.375 in. and stainless steel or aluminum up to 0.25 in.
Precision Grinding and Machining
We offer a comprehensive line of Blanchard and horizontal surface grinding to produce finished parts within tolerances of ±0.001 in. Secondary operations include 3-axis CNC machining, vibratory deburring, and edge rounding to ensure every blade is safe for handling and ready for installation.
Permanent Laser Traceability
Using fiber, CO2, and UV lasers, we add permanent serial numbers, 2D data matrix codes, and UID/UDI markings to your blades. Unlike traditional labels, these laser-engraved marks outlast sterilization, cleaning, and heavy production use.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
